A comprehensive structural refurbishment of a detached family home, transforming the property inside and out. The exterior was fully re-rendered in a clean white finish, fitted with a new dark slate roof and black aluminium-framed windows throughout — including large sliding glass doors on the rear elevation that open onto garden views framed by mature trees.

Internally, the home was stripped back and rebuilt to a high specification. Multiple bathrooms were finished with grey porcelain wall tiling, wall-hung sanitaryware, floating white vanity units, LED-backlit mirrors, and chrome heated towel rails. The master en-suite features a freestanding soaking tub positioned beneath a picture window, a walk-in rain shower, and a wall-mounted basin with stone-effect feature wall. Bedrooms are finished with recessed downlights, grey carpet, and modern vertical radiators.
